These Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms of Use") apply to the SPECLIPSE web site located at www.der-map.com, and all associated sites linked, its subsidiaries and affiliates around the world (collectively, the "Site"). The Site is the property of SPECLIPSE and its licensors. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE and PRIVACY POLICY; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.
1. Patent
This site contains references to and descriptions of technology for which SPECLIPSE has filed for patent protection, including both methods and apparatuses. You are not granted any license to or right in any such technology or any pending patent applications or issued patents in the U.S. or any other country.

the property of SPECLIPSE or its content suppliers and is protected

4. Use of “Find providers”
The “Find Providers” is provided by SPECLIPSE as a reference of
demographic and professional information about owners of certain
SPECLIPSE products who have agreed to participate in the “Find
Providers”. Providers are not paid and are not charged to be listed
in this directory, and the “Find Providers” is free of charge to
User. User expressly agrees that participation in, use of, or
reliance on any data provided through the “Find Providers” is at
User’s own risk. The search results that User receives are
determined by the criteria User has entered into this “Find
Providers search function as of the date entered. SPECLIPSE makes no
representations or guarantees that that “Find Providers” or its
content will be error free, comprehensive, up-to-date, accurate, or
reliable. “Find Providers” may include viruses that may infect
User’s computer equipment and SPECLIPSE assumes no responsibility
for any damages that may result from such viruses. SPECLIPSE is
under no obligation to compensate User or Provider for downtime,
interruption, or inaccessibility of the “Find Providers”.
SPECLIPSE has not vetted the qualifications, experience, or
competency of any provider in the “Find Providers”. Provider data
made available through the “Find Providers” is in no way an
endorsement of a provider or a guarantee or attestation of the
qualifications of a provider, or any certification of compliance
with laws, regulations, or rules of the provider’s ability to
provide any services or use SPECLIPSE devices.
User agrees and accepts that User assumes sole and full
responsibility for communications with any Provider, and SPECLIPSE
in no event shall be liable to Provider, User or to anyone for any
decision made or action taken in reliance on “Find Providers”
information.
SPECLIPSE shall not be liable for any act or omission, including
negligent acts or omissions, by any of the Providers or any of their
employees or agents, who may, from time to time, provide services to
User.
Any decisions made by a Provider concerning the appropriateness or
course of treatment or whether any service or supply is medically
necessary shall be deemed to be made solely by that Provider, not
SPECLIPSE. SPECLIPSE does not exercise any control or direction over
the medical judgment or clinical decisions of any Provider listed in
this directory, nor does it interfere with the relationship between
User and any Provider. Providers listed in the “Find Providers” do
not necessarily reflect the extent of SPECLIPSE’s network of
customers. There may be other providers who are not listed in the
“Find Providers” who are part of SPECLIPSE’s network of customers
and the availability of any providers listed herein is subject to
change without notice. Without limiting the foregoing, SPECLIPSE
assumes no responsibility or liability for any claims, suits,
losses, injuries, or damages in connection with, arising, from, in
reliance of, or which may result from the use of the “Find
Providers” or a Provider even if so advised. Provider information
may change and SPECLIPSE may be unaware of such changes. Therefore,
changes may not be reflected in the data presented in the “Find
Providers”.
All information provided on the “find providers”, including
operation of the “find providers”, provider information, content,
materials, products, and links, is provided “as is, where is” with
all faults without warranty of any kind, either expressed or
implied. To the full extent permissible by applicable law.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, SPECLIPSE makes no
warranty, express or implied, including, without limitation, the
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
noninfringement, or arising from a course of dealing, usage, or

information from this site or the “find providers”. Speclipse
expressly disclaims the accuracy, currentness, or applicability of
the data returned by using the “find providers”. In no event shall
SPECLIPSE be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect,
direct, special or contingent damages, loss of profits, revenue, or
use, or any other damages relating to, arising from, or in
connection with the “find providers” or any provider listed therein,
due to any cause whatsoever, even if SPECLIPSE has been advised of
the possibility thereof.
By using the Provider Lookup, User: (1) represents and warrant that
User’s use of the “Find Providers” and any of its content or
information will be in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of
Use, with any applicable laws and regulations, and with any other
applicable policy or terms and conditions; (2) will not use,
download, republish, sell, duplicate, or “scrape” any information
contained therein for commercial or any other purpose whatsoever;
(3) agrees not to utilize any of the content provided in the “Find
Providers” in violation of any local, state, provincial, country, or
governmental laws, rules, or regulation, including, but not limited
to, those laws governing advertisement, consumer protection, and
commercial marketing by telephone, facsimile, and internet
communications; (4) acknowledges and agrees that the information
contained therein belongs exclusively to SPECLIPSE pursuant to
federal and state law, and SPECLIPSE reserves the right to take any
civil, criminal or equitable action to enforce the terms of use
described herein; and (5) agrees to the foregoing terms and
conditions, including the Terms & Conditions of this Site, either of
which may from time to time be changed or supplemented by SPECLIPSE.
To reiterate, if a User does not agree to the foregoing, User cannot
use the “Find Providers”.

While SPECLIPSE attempts to provide accurate information, this site
may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors and SPECLIPSE
assumes no responsibility for its accuracy. In addition, this site
may include viruses that may infect your computer equipment and
SPECLIPSE assumes no responsibility for any damages that may result
from such viruses. Information may be modified or updated from time
to time without notice. However, SPECLIPSE disclaims any obligation
or duty to update any information contained in this site.

7. Governing Law
You agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of the Site, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of Republic of Korea and by the laws of Republic of Korea without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. You agree to the personal jurisdiction by and venue in the Republic of Korea, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue. The preceding provision regarding venue does not apply if you are a consumer based in the European Union. If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may make a claim in the courts of the country where you reside. Any claim under these Terms of Use must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or such claim or cause of action is barred.

This site may be linked to other Websites that are not under the control of SPECLIPSE. SPECLIPSE is not responsible for the content of those sites. SPECLIPSE is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link to such sites does not imply endorsement by SPECLIPSE of those sites.
